Existing solutions look at your Microsoft bill through a technical lens, while Business and IT think in teams, processes and projects. We ensure that cost reductions and investments are jointly discussed, taking into accounts all internal interests.
We correlate costs with workloads, such applications, processes and projects. This makes it easy to judge if costs are in line with the value of your workload. High cost workloads can be scaled down as IT immediately sees which resources can be switched to cheaper alternatives. It also shows which workloads need prioritezed investments.
Insights are important, but context is essential. Argus enriches your cost data by correlating it with statistics about active usage, security, compliance, workloads, recommendations and more. Argus lets you set budgets on workloads and departments for optimal control. Business and Finance are often 'owner' of a workload or have a controlling responsibility and are able to manage budgets. Next to that, proactive alerts are send regarding you spend and anomalies, before the harm is done.
