Personal data that might be processed
If you contact us or submit forms, such as an Azure cost analysis or Microsoft 365 optimization scan, we process your full name, email address, and phone number.
We do not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16 unless they have permission from parents or guardians. If you believe we collected personal data about a minor without consent, contact info@hippo.cloud and we will delete this information.
Purpose of processing personal data
Hippo B.V. processes personal data for the following purposes:
- To call or email you when necessary to carry out our services.
- To inform you about changes to our services and products.
No automated decision-making solutions are used.
How long we retain personal data
Hippo B.V. does not retain personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Hippo B.V. only provides data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Hippo B.V. uses only technical and functional cookies, and analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. These cookies are necessary for the technical operation of the website and ease of use.

Accessing, modifying, or deleting data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw consent, object to processing, and request data portability.
Send requests to info@hippo.cloud. To ensure the request is made by you, include a copy of your identification document with your photo, MRZ, passport number, and citizen service number blacked out. We respond as quickly as possible, and within four weeks.
You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
How we secure personal data
Hippo B.V. takes data protection seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. If you believe data is not properly secured, contact info@hippo.cloud.
